n. Operate loader lift lever to check for smooth movement in all directions.
if movement is not smooth or float lock is not achieved, turn two socket
o.
head screws (7 and 2) either in or out to accomplish smooth movement
and proper float lock.
Hold two socket head screws (7 and 2) in place and tighten two jam
p.
nuts (6 and 1).
if problem continues, replace control valve (page 11-28).
41. CONTROL VALVE STICKS OR WORKS HARD.
Step 1. Check if control valve tie rod nuts (1) are too tight.
Tighten tie rod nut(s) to 16 2 lb-ft (32.5 2.7 N.m).
Step 2. Check for incorrectly adjusted detent.
Perform Malfunction 40.
