b. Front Housing Disassembly
(1) Remove shipping plug (1) from valve
block (2).
(2) Remove hose (3) from elbow (4).
(3) Remove hose (3) from fitting (5).
(4) Remove elbow (4) and preformed packing
(6) from compensator body (7). Discard
preformed packing and gasket.
(5) Remove four screws (8), compensator
body (7), gasket (9), preformed packing
(10), spool (11) and two preformed
packings (12) from valve block (2).
Discard preformed packings and gasket.
(6) Remove six screws (13), valve block (2),
and gasket (14) from pump housing (15).
Discard gasket.
