Install two rollers (39) and pin (40) on
pedal (38).

Testing
(1)
Install eight pipe plugs (1) in four ports (2)
on each side of treadle valve (3).
(2)
Install two pipe plugs (4) in upper ports (5
and 6) on backside of treadle valve (3).

Install air pressure gage (7) in lower
delivery port (8) on backside of treadle
valve (3).
(4)
Install air supply fitting (9) in lower supply
port (10) on backside of treadle valve (3).
NOTE
Air pressure should be between 80-
120 psi (552-827 kPa).
(5)
Install air supply line (11) on air supply
fitting (9).
(6)
Press pedal (12) to several positions
between fully released and fully applied.
Delivered pressure on gage (7) should
vary proportionately with movement of
pedal (12).
(7)
Press pedal (12) until treadle valve (3) is
fully applied. Reading on gage (7) should
fall off to zero when pedal (12) is released.
