Install inlet cartridge (25) in upper static
piston (26).
WARNING
Wear eye protection and use care
when
installing
retaining
rings.
Retaining rings are under spring
tension and can act as projectiles
when released causing severe eye
injury.
(17)
Install retaining ring (27) in upper static
piston (26).
(18)
Install new preformed packing (28) and
new preformed packing (29) on upper
static piston (26).
(19)
Install upper static piston (26) in housing
(2).
(20)
Install lower static piston body (7) in
housing (2).
NOTE
Three tabs on retainer must lock on
housing.

Install retaining plate (30) on housing (2).
(22)
Install sleeve (31) on housing (2).
(23)
Install cover (32) on housing (2) with three
new lockwashers (33) and screws (34).
NOTE
Plunger must be in contact with
spring seat. Adjust stop button so
rollers and plunger contact each
other. Roller must turn freely by
hand.
(24)
Install stop button (35) and nut (36) on
cover (32).
