TM 9-2320-360-34-1 (25) Remove   screw   (42),   retainer   (43),   and diaphragm (44) from housing (13). (26) Remove pipe plug (45) from housing (13). b. Cleaning/Inspection WARNING Dry cleaning solvent P-D-680 is toxic and flammable.  Wear protective goggles and gloves  and  use  only  in  a  well-ventilated  area.    Avoid  contact  with  skin,  eyes,  and clothes, and don't breathe vapors.  DO NOT use near open flame or excessive heat. The  flash  point  is  100-138° F  (38-59° ).    If  you  become  dizzy  while  using  cleaning solvent,  get  fresh  air  immediately  and  medical  aid.    If  contact  with  eyes  is  made, wash your eyes with water and get medical aid immediately. (1) Clean metal parts in dry cleaning solvent. (2) Inspect parts for damage, cracks, breaks, or deterioration. (3) Inspect rubber parts for cracks or deterioration. (4) Inspect machined surfaces for deep scratches. (5) Remove small nicks or burrs from pistons and housings with crocus cloth. (6) Replace unserviceable parts. c. Assembly WARNING Pipe   thread   sealing   compound   can burn    easily,    can    give    off    harmful vapors,   and   is   harmful   to   skin   and clothing.    To  avoid  injury  or  death, keep  away  from  open  fire  and  use  in well-ventilated   area.      If   pipe   thread sealing   compound   gets   on   skin   or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. (1) Coat   threads   of   pipe   plug   (1)   with   pipe thread sealing compound. (2) Install pipe plug (1) in housing (2). (3) Install   diaphragm   (3),   retainer   (4),   and screw (5) in housing (2). 11-17
