Troubleshooting Section
Electrical Power Supply to the ECM
Note: The "Elevated Idle" status flag will be
activated if one of the above features is active.
Check power to the ECM. Refer to Troubleshooting,
"Ignition Key Switch Circuit and Battery Supply
Conditions

Low Battery Elevated Idle
Note: If the ECM is not receiving battery voltage, the
ECM will not communicate.
