AIR CYLINDER INSTALLATION
1.
Place new tab washer (19) inside cavity of new cylinder (12). Align tab and keyway in clutch piston rod and push
cylinder onto fan clutch (6).
2.
Install new locknut (18). Hold cylinder (12) from turning and tighten locknut to 84 lb-in (9.5 Nm).
3.
Apply 90-120 psi (621-827 kPa) air pressure to inlet of cylinder (12) and checks for leaks.

4.
Install radiator (WP 0142 00).
