REMOVAL
1.
Remove locknut (4), lockwasher (5), and wire (1) from terminal of voltage regulator (2). Discard locknut and lock-
washer.
2.
Disconnect connector (3) from voltage regulator (2).
3.
Remove two screws (6), lockwashers (7), and voltage regulator (2) from alternator (8). Discard lockwashers.
