WARNING · Front lift adapter weighs 1,600 lbs. (726 kg). Personnel must stay clear when installing or removing front lift adapter to LHS hook arm hook. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel. · Front lift adapter must be unloaded on a flat, level surface. Failure to comply may result in front lift adapter tipping over unexpectedly, causing injury or death to personnel. NOTE · Prepare an area to set front lift adapter.
