MEASURE and RECORD DIMENSION A for
bearing (9).

MEASURE and RECORD DIMENSIONS B
and C.
10. ADD B and C.
11. SUBTRACT TOTAL of B and C in STEP 10
from dimension A in STEP 8 to determine
shim thickness.
