CRANE GEAR BEARING REPLACEMENT (CONT)
CAUTION
C a r e f u l l y feed hydraulic hoses
through opening to prevent
d a m a g e to hoses.
4.
REMOVE 18 capscrews (7), 18 washers (8),
and CRANE assembly (1). DISCARD
CAPSCREWS.
DISCONNECT lubrication LINE (9) on gear

bearing (10) and set aside.
CAUTION
Support gear bearing to
prevent gear bearing from
dropping.
6.
REMOVE 18 capscrews (11), 18 washers
( 1 2 ) , and gear BEARING (10). Discard
capscrews.
Thoroughly clean top of base and bottom of gear
bearing. Both mating surfaces must be completely
clean and dry with no oil or grease present.
