CRANE GEAR BEARING REPLACEMENT (CONT)
1.
PLACE CRANE (1) in position shown.
2.
R E M O V E four capscrews (2), four lock
washers (3), and COVER (4). DISCARD lock
WASHERS.
CAUTION
C a p or plug all ports and ends
o f hoses and tubes to prevent
c o n t a m i n a t i o n of hydraulic oil.
F a i l u r e to do so may result in
d a m a g e to equipment.
NOTE
Tag all lines prior to disconnecting
to aid in connecting.
DISCONNECT 16 hydraulic HOSES (5) from

valve body (6). INSTALL CAPS or PLUGS.
