LOOSEN two SCREWS (16) and REMOVE
8.
two CLAMPS (17).
REMOVE two cotter pins (18), two pins (19),
9.
and LEVER (20). DISCARD cotter PINS.
REMOVE lubrication FlTTING (21).
10.
REMOVE three bolts (22), three nuts (23),
11.
and control VALVE (24) from bracket (15).
CAUTION
C a p or plug all ports and ends
of hoses and tubes to prevent
c o n t a m i n a t i o n of hydraulic oil.
F a i l u r e to do so may result in
d a m a g e to equipment.
12.
REMOVE 10 ADAPTERS (25) and 10
packings (26). INSTALL CAPS or PLUGS.
DISCARD PACKINGS.
INSPECTION
1.
Inspect control valve for damage and stripped
threads.
2.
Inspect solenoid valves for corrosion and bent
or broken connectors.
