If removed, install two new setscrews on collar (64).
21.
Install pin assembly (66), new spring (65), collar (64), bolt (63) and two nuts (62).
22.
Install block (61) and two bolts (60).
23.
Install new insulator (59), new contact (58), spacer (57), new flat spring (56), spacer (55), bracket (54) and retainer (53).
24.
Install two bolts (53) on torque control assembly.
