When housing is installed, flange on bolt

must be behind dashpot. If housing is on

wrong side of dashpot, riser in governor
will be held open in maximum fuel deliv-
ery position.

Install new gasket (51).

Install new O-ring (48) and adjustment screw (49).

If removed, install new check valve (47).

Install lever (46) and shaft (45).
