13.
Install new O-ring (78) on sleeve (73).
14.
Install pin (79) and lever (80).
15.
Use hammer and punch to move metal (stake) on outside surface of governor servo legs. This holds pin in place.
16.
Install piston (77), new sleeve (76) and valve (75).
NOTE
Push down on piston in order to install.
17.
Install new lockring (74) on groove in center of valve (75).
18.
Install new sleeve (73), new link spring (72), new seat (71) and new lockring (70).
19.
Install governor servo (69) and three bolts (68).
