WINCH ASSEMBLY PRESSURE TESTS - CONTINUED

RESTORING EQUIPMENT
CAUTION
Wipe area clean around control valve pressure taps to ensure contamination does not enter winch. Contam-
ination of winch could result in premature failure.
NOTE
Lightly coat new O-rings with clean oil before installation.
1.
Remove 0-600 psi pressure gages from pressure taps (1 and 2). Reinstall two plugs (4) with new O-rings (5).
2.
Remove 0-60 psi pressure gage from pressure tap (3). Reinstall plug (4) with new O-ring (5).

Install winch control valve cover (WP 0181 00).
4.
Install wire rope assembly to winch drum (WP 0188 00).
5.
Perform operational check of winch (TM 5-2410-237-10).
