CAUTION
Wipe area clean around all connections to be opened during procedure. Plug hydraulic hose and all ports in
control valve and mating surface on winch, to prevent dirt from contaminating winch.

Use a suitable container to catch any
oil that may drain from system. Dis-

pose of oil IAW local policy and ordi-
nances. Ensure all spills are cleaned
up.
Use two wrenches when disconnect-
ing and connecting connections.
REMOVAL
1.
Remove two capscrews (1), capscrews (2) and four
lockwashers (3) from cover (4). Remove cover. Dis-
card lockwashers.
