Cooling system drained (WP 0065 00)
Oil filter base removed (WP 0011 00)
Materials/Parts
Gasket (9, 14 and 17)
Oil level gage removed (WP 0012 00)
REMOVAL
1.
Loosen six clamps (1).
2.
Slide three hoses (2) off outlet water flange (3), elbow flange (4) and inlet water housing (5).
3.
Remove two capscrews (6).
4.
Remove capscrew (7) and washer (8).
5.
Remove oil cooler (10) and assembled components and gasket (9). Discard gasket.
