REMOVAL

CAUTION

Use care not to damage crankcase flange when removing seal.

Drill three evenly spaced pilot holes in rear seal (1).

Using slide hammer puller, alternate between drilled

holes to remove crankshaft rear seal (1). Discard rear

pilot seal.
