Do not stand under crane. Mechanical failure and operator error can cause injury or death to personnel.
BOOM
CALIBRATION TEST
(1) Attach magnetic protractor to
underside of boom.
(2) Compare actual angle indicated by
magnetic protractor to angle indicated
on test unit display.
(a) If indicated angles are not within
1 degree of each other, go to
Step 10 of this Fault.
(b) If indicated angles are within 1
degree of each other, remove
magnetic protractor from boom
and go to Step 4 of this Fault.
