NOTE
The 50 hour interval is based on actual self-
recovery winch operating hours. The hours
can be tracked by the operator and recorded
in the logbook. The self-recovery winch
should be lubricated on a monthly or 50
actual operating hour interval, whichever
comes first.
Change oil in self-recovery winch (SRW)
gearbox after the first 10 hours of winch
operation.
SRW has two plugs. To check and fill SRW,
one plug must be in upper position and
second plug must be at side position. To
drain SRW, one plug must be in side
position and one plug must be at bottom
position.
