REMOVAL

WARNING

Always wear heavy gloves when handling winch cables. Never allow cable to run

through hands; frayed cables can cut.

REMOVE TWO SOCKET HEAD SCREWS (1), CLAMP (2), AND CABLE (3).

CLEANING

Clean all parts in accordance with Chapter 2.

INSPECTION

Inspect wire rope assembly in accordance with FM 5-725.
