Bend the sets of strands into the desired loop, crossing over with one set in
the same manner you would make a simple overhand knot. The two sets of strands
will lock together.
3.
Start laying the strand sections alternately back into the rope grooves,
continuing until sections are laid as deep into the throat as possible, allowing
the six strands and core to project past the throat of the loop.
