1. Position idler pulley (3). Install bolt (2) and tighten

bolt (2) to a torque of 55 10 Nm (40 7 lb ft).

2. Install two bearings (3) in idler pulley (4) with

2. Install a new cover (1) on idler pulley (3).

3. Install spacer (1) and bolt (5) in idler pulley (4).
