WARNING
Heater core fins are sharp. Wear gloves when handling heater core to prevent injury from heater core fins.
CAUTION
Handle heater core carefully to avoid damage to heater core fins.
REMOVAL
1.
Open heater/AC unit access door (4) at front of cab.
2.
Disconnect fresh/recirculate air control cable (3) from side of heater/AC unit front panel (1).
3.
Remove five screws (2) and front panel (1) from heater/AC unit housing.
