AC EXPANSION VALVE REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

2.
Connect two hoses (4) to expansion valve (6) and tighten two fitting nuts (4).
3.
Install mounting plate with thermostatic switch to expansion valve (6) (WP 0058 00).
3.1.
Remove all traces of caulk from front panel (2) and heater/AC unit and apply new caulk.
4.
Install front panel (2) to heater/AC unit with five screws (1).
4.1.
Connect fresh/recirculate air control cable (2.1) to front panel (2).
5.
Close heater/AC unit access door (3).

6.
Replace receiver-drier (WP 0154 00).
7.
Place battery disconnect switch in ON position.
8.
Charge air conditioning system (WP 0149 00).
9.
Leak test air conditioning system (WP 0057 00).
