WARNING

If NBC exposure is suspected, personnel wearing protective equipment must handle all air cleaner

media. Consult your NBC Officer or NBC NCO for appropriate handling or disposal procedures.

NBC contaminated filters must be handled using adequate precautions (FM 21-40) and must be dis-

posed of by trained personnel.

CAUTION

Service engine air cleaner and replace air intake tubes and hoses with engine shut down. Engine damage

could result if service is performed with engine running.
