DISASSEMBLY

1.
Remove two nuts (1 and 12), two washers (2 and 13),

nut (3), and holder assembly (11) from alternator.

Remove plug (6), four screws (7), regulator (8), and
gasket (9). Discard gasket.

Remove two nuts (4) and four washers (5) from regu-

lator (8).

4.
Disconnect brush (10) from holder assembly (11).
