REMOVAL
NOTE
Procedure is the same for both sides of vehicle.
Remove two locknuts (1), two washers (2), bracket (5), two bolts (3), and two washers (4). Discard locknuts.

INSTALLATION
NOTE
Procedure is the same for both sides of vehicle.
1.
Install two washers (4), two bolts (3), bracket (5), two washers (2), and two new locknuts (1).
2.
Install rear blackout marker (WP 0074 00).
