REMOVE piston ROD (3) from cylinder tube
(2).
NOTE
I t may be necessary to place
p i s t o n rod in soft-jawed vise to
perform steps 3 and 5.
IF DAMAGED, REMOVE PISTON (4) from
3.
piston rod (3).
REMOVE and DISCARD PACKING (5) from
4.
piston (4).
REMOVE rod clevis (6) and HEAD (1) from
5.
piston rod (3).
IF DAMAGED, REMOVE two sleeve
6.
BUSHINGS (7) from rod clevis (6).
