FRONT LOADER/FORKLIFT CONTROL VALVE REPAIR (CONT)
REMOVE three lock washers (16) and three

nuts (17) from three tie RODS (3). DISCARD
lock WASHERS and tie RODS.
Outlet Body Disassembly
1.
REMOVE PLUG (1) and packing (2) from
outlet body (3). DISCARD PACKING.
2.
REMOVE CARTRIDGE assembly (4), packing
(5), backup ring (6), and packing (7).
DISCARD PACKINGS.
3.
REMOVE PLUG (8), packing (9), spring (10),
and disc (11) from cartridge assembly (4).
DISCARD PACKING.
Outlet Body Assembly
NOTE
A p p l y coat of lubricating oil to
packings prior to assembly.
1.
INSTALL disc (11), spring (10), new packing
(9), and PLUG (8) in cartridge assembly (4).
2.
INSTALL new packing (7), backup ring (6),
new packing (5), and CARTRIDGE assembly
(4) in outlet body (3).
INSTALL new packing (2) and PLUG (1).
