INSTALL CASE (12) and spring (13).
INSTALL FLANGE (3) in case (12) and line
6.
up hole in flange (3) with hole in case (12).
INSTALL end of retaining WIRE (14) in hole
of flange (3) and ROTATE FLANGE (3) to
right until retaining wire (14) is completely
installed.
7.
INSTALL SCREW (15) and washer (16).
8.
INSTALL new VALVE (17).
INSTALL new SPRING (18), new packing (19),
9.
thrust piece (20), and new retaining ring (21).
NOTE
Follow-on Maintenance:
Install air brake booster (TM 5-
2420-224-20).
