CAMSHAFT AND BEARINGS REPLACEMENT (CONT)

REMOVE CAMSHAFT (4) from crankcase (5).
REMOVE sleeve BEARING (6) from front of crankcase (5).

INSPECTION
1.
Using gauge and holder, check camshaft radial runout at cam bearing joumals (1). If runout exceeds
0.0009 in. (0.025 mm), replace camshaft (2).
