Step 1. Check f or s t ick ing dis c br ak e pads .
If dis c br ak e pads ar e stick ing, r eplac e pads in s ets
(pages 4-268, 4-271).
If dis c br ak e pads ar e not s tick ing, go to s tep 2.
Step 2. Check f or dam aged s pr ing c lip, r etain ing pi ns , and wheel hub m ounting.
If spring clip, retaining pins, or whe el hub m ounting are
dam aged, replace parts as required (pages 4-268, 4-271).
If spring clip, retaining pins, or whe el hub m ounting are not
dam aged, go to step 3.
