Step 3.
Check for broken or slipping water pump belt.
Belt deflection under thumb pressure should be 3/16-3/8 in. (5-10 mm). If
belt is frayed, broken, or loose, notify unit maintenance.
Step 4.
Check for low engine oil level.
Add oil to proper level (refer to page 2-70.2).
