Remove transmission oil lines (see paragraph 8-23).

Remove capscrew (29), washer (30), and spring (31) from transmission (6).
9.
Using magnetic retrieving tool, remove ball bearing (32) from transmission (6).
10.
Remove straight adapter (33) and three expansion plugs (16) from transmission (6).
11.
Remove nut (28) from setscrew (27) and transmission (6).
