Left side Four hoses Take off tags. frame (1), clamp (2) (4, 5, 6, and 7) and spacer (3) 31. Adapter (8) New packing (9) Place in position. 32. Loader bucket Adapter (8) a. Unplug cylinder (10). cylinder (10) with assembled b. Screw in and tighten using 1-inch packing (9) open-end wrench. 33. Adapter (8) Oil line (11) a. Take off tag. b. Screw in and tighten using 7/8-inch and 1-inch open-end wrenches. 34. Loader bucket Two clamps a. Place in same positions noted during cylinder (10) and (13 and 14) removal. two oil lines b. Using 1/4-inch flat-tip screwdriver, (11 and 12) tighten. 35. Oil line(11) Hose(15) a. Take off tag. b. Screw in and tighten using 7/8-inch and 1-inch open-end wrenches. 36. Loader backhoe Hydraulic oil Install (page 2-1698). filter 37. Transmission Check fluid level and add proper amount and grade (TM 5-2420-22-10). 38. Engine Start and run at high idle (TM 5-2420-222-10). 39. Loader control a. Operate loader bucket (TM 5-2420-22-10) and check for leaks. b. If leaking at any connection, tighten using 7/8-inch and two 1-inch open- end wrenches. c. If leaking does not stop, shut down engine (TM 5-2420-222-10) and replace leaking connection packing, fitting, hose, or oil line as outlined in this task. d. If found leaking, repeat 37 thru 39. 2-1668
