Backhoe control
a.
Operate backhoe controls
valve-to-swing
(TM 5-2420-222-10) and check for
cylinder oil lines
leaks.
b.
If leaking at any connection, tighten
using 5/8-inch, 11116-inch, 3/4-inch,
two 7/8-inch, and two 1-inch open-end
wrenches.
c.
If leaking does not stop, shut down
engine (TM 5-2420-222-10) and
replace leaking connection packing,
fitting, or hose as outlined in this
task.
d.
If found leaking repeat steps 50
thru 52.

Engine
If still running, shut down
(TM 5-2420-222-10).
