Have assistant apply brakes
lines and fittings
(TM 5-2420-222-10).

Check for leaks.
c.
If leaking at any connection, tighten
using 7/16-inch open-end wrench, or
7/16-inch and 1/2-inch open-end
wrenches.
d.
If leaking does not stop, have assis-
tant release brakes (TM 5-2420-222-
10) and replace leaking connection
packing, fitting, or line as outlined
in this task.
e.
If still being applied, have assistant
release brakes (TM 5-2420-222-10).
NOTE
FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE: Install right platform (page 2-1079).
