Installation
b.
(1) If removed, use the proper driver
to install bearing (11) and
washer (12) into the flywheel
housing (3).
(2) Place gear (10), washer (9),
shaft (8) and dowel (7) into
position. Use a wrench to
install three capscrews (6) that
secure the shaft assembly to the
flywheel.
(3) Slide gear (4) onto flywheel
(5).
(4) Install gears (1 and 2) into
flywheel housing.
(5) Install rear accessory drive gear
cover. See page 3-126.
(6) Install flywheel. See page 3-71.
c. Place In Service
Run engine and check for proper
operation.
