Lifting Equipment 200 lbs.
a. Removal
NOTE
The weight of the flywheel is
125 lbs.
(1) Fasten lifting equipment (1) to
flywheel (2) as shown.
(2) Use a socket wrench to remove
nine capscrews (3) and nine
washers (4) from flywheel (2).
Remove flywheel (2).
(3) Remove gear (5) from flywheel
(2).
b. Disassembly
(1) Place flywheel (2) on a block.
(2) Pound ring gear (6) from
flywheel (2).
