d. Installation
NOTE
If original valve lifters are
being installed, they MUST be
installed in their original
locations.
(1) Coat valve lifters and camshaft
lobes with clean OE/HDO-30
lubricating oil.
(2) Use a magnet to install the valve
l i f t e r s (1) into the cylinder
block.
( 3 ) Install cylinder head. See page
e. Place In Service
Run engine and check for proper
operation.
