Coat rings with clean oil before installing.

Turn No. 1 clutch housing (77) upside down and
install two new rings (82 and 81), one on No. 1 piston
(80) and one on No. 1 clutch housing (77).

Install No. 1 piston (80) in No. 1 clutch housing (77).

Test clutches with compressed air. Refer to step 5 of
Inspection in this work package.

Install two clamps (WP 0244 01) to retain No. 1 piston (80) in No. 1 clutch housing (77).
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use assistance during pro-
cedure. Ensure that any lifting device used is in good condition and of suitable load capacity. Keep clear of
heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death.
NOTE
Weight of clutch housing is 55 lb (23 kg).

Install two lifting links in clutch housing (77) with l/2-13NC bolts, attach lifting device and install clutch housing.
