BLADE PUSHARM TRUNNION REPLACEMENT - CONTINUED

INSTALLATION
1.
Wipe trunnion mounting surfaces clean before installation.
WARNING
Ensure trunnion is properly supported to ensure it does not fall and cause injury to personnel.

Position trunnion (3) and line up bolt holes.

Install trunnion (3) with six new lockwashers (2) and
bolts (1). Torque bolts to 850 lb-ft +/- 150 lb-ft (1150
Nm +/- 200 Nm).
4.
Install blade and pusharm assembly (WP 0235 00).
