Battery disconnect switch in OFF position (TM 5-

2410-237-10)

WARNING

Turn battery disconnect switch to OFF before working on any electrical system component. Failure to fol-

low this warning could result in personal injury or damage to equipment.

NOTE

This paragraph is for maintenance of front or rear windshield wiper assembly.

REMOVAL

Remove nuts (1 and 2), lockwasher (3) and wiper arms (4) from pivot shafts. Discard lockwasher.

Disconnect and tag three wires (5) from wiper motor (6).
