REMOVAL
1.
Remove nut (3) and washer (2).
2.
Remove idler belt adjusting screw (1).
3.
Remove idler pulley (4).

INSTALLATION
1.
Set idler pulley (4) into place.
2.
Install idler belt adjusting screw (1).
3.
Install and finger tighten washer (2) and nut (3).
4.
Adjust belt (5) tension with adjusting screw (1) until belt free-play is less than 1/2 inch.
5.
Tighten locknut (3) to 50 lb-ft (68 Nm) with a torque wrench.
