Fabricate axle plate from 1/8 in. (3 mm) thick mild steel stock.
Cut a steel plate 4.50 in. (114.30 mm) by 8 in. (203.20 mm).

Drill eight .62 in. (15.75 mm) diameter holes where shown.
b.
Drill four .44 in. (11.18 mm) diameter holes where shown.
c.
File off rough edges.
d.
Paint as required.
