AUDIBLE INSPECTION
(1) Start engine (TM 9-2320-364-10).
(2) Open front access cover.
(3) Listen to steering hydraulic pump
operation.
(a) If pump does not make excessive
noise, turn OFF ENGINE switch
and go to Step 9 of this Fault.
(b) If pump make excessive noise
while operating, turn OFF ENGINE
switch and replace steering
hydraulic pump (Para 17-2).
