VERIFY REPAIR
(1) Start engine (TM 9-2320-364-10) and
run until oil pressure stabilizes.
(a) If oil pressure is not between 5 to
10 psi (34 to 69 kPa) at idle and
40 to 60 psi (276 to 414 kPa) when
oil pressure has stabilized, fault
not corrected. Turn OFF ENGINE
switch and notify supervisor.
(b) If oil pressure is within normal
range, fault has been corrected.
(2) Turn OFF ENGINE switch.
